The Town Board of the Town of Petersburgh as appointed Fran Rogers as the Code Enforcement Officer for the Town of Petersburgh.

The Building Department exists to ensure the safety of our current and future residents. The Code Enforcement Officer/Building Inspector examines new construction or remodeling projects to determine if they are in compliance with the state & local codes and ordinances. He is also in charge of issuing the following:

Building Permits (and renewals)
Demolition Permits
Certificates of Occupancy
Certificates of Compliance

Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:00am - 10:00am.

Department of State - Local Code Enforcement Officer Complaint Form (PDF - 76.2 KB) Department of State has put out a Local Code Enforcement Complaint form. Before Department of State can accept a complaint form you must file it with your Local Town Clerk.
